In the Bairro Comercial Digital marketplace, customers have several options for receiving their orders, designed to guarantee convenience and flexibility.
Products purchased on the marketplace can be picked up in the neighbourhood's own smart lockers, a common infrastructure at the service of both retailers and customers. Alternatively, it is possible to arrange face-to-face collection in the shop directly with the participating retailers.
For orders coming from other locations, customers can also use the lockers in the Caldas da Rainh@ shopping district, If the delivery is made via the CTT or Nacex networks. In these cases, dispatch follows the usual procedures of these carriers.
Whenever applicable, products can also be delivered via the chosen carrier, ensuring different delivery solutions, with speed, security and adaptation to each customer's preferences.

- Receive your merchant number (e.g. 2501).

- Activate your access
Confirmation on the smart locker portal
- Confirm registration on digital locker portal.
- Create your own password.
- Access via your e-mail address and password.

- Book a locker
Make your bookings
- Make your reservation on the portal.
- Use the format: BCCR [no. trader][no. reserve].

- Deliver or receive
Deliver or collect your parcel
- Deliver or collect the parcel in the locker.
- Enter the customer's details (name, mobile phone, e-mail).
- The customer automatically receives the collection code.
- In the locker, choose “deposit” or “collect” and enter the booking number.

Simple rules to use the Smart Lockers
Use the service safely, free of charge and without complications.
The Smart Lockers service is completely free for all traders and service providers registered with the Caldas da Rainh@ Shopping Centre. To ensure proper operation, it is important to leave each locker in the same condition as when you found it and to report any anomalies immediately.
In transactions that take place outside the Marketplace, payments are always agreed directly between merchant and customer, without the intervention of the locker system.
To maximise the use of the service by your customers, we recommend that:
- Put the official Bairro Comercial Caldas da Rainh@ sticker in your shop window;
- Inform customers about the service during in-store purchases;
- Share on social media that your business has deliveries and collections via smart lockers;
- Highlight the benefits of the service, such as convenience, speed and business modernisation.
