The employee will be responsible for ensuring that positive shopping experience to customers through personalised service, shop organisation and support in day-to-day operations.

The aim is to promoting customer satisfaction and contribute to the smooth running of the shop, maintaining quality standards and brand image.

Requirements / Desired profile
  • Experience in customer service (valued, but not mandatory).
  • Good communication skills and friendliness.
  • Team spirit and proactivity.
  • Organisation and attention to detail.
  • Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends.
  • Basic computer skills (valued).
