Job description
The employee will be responsible for ensuring that positive shopping experience to customers through personalised service, shop organisation and support in day-to-day operations.
The aim is to promoting customer satisfaction and contribute to the smooth running of the shop, maintaining quality standards and brand image.
Requirements / Desired profile
- Experience in customer service (valued, but not mandatory).
- Good communication skills and friendliness.
- Team spirit and proactivity.
- Organisation and attention to detail.
- Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends.
- Basic computer skills (valued).
